01
These terms apply when you browse this site, request a proposal or engage NOVA for services. A signed proposal, statement of work or order form may add project-specific terms.
02
NOVA provides creative direction, AI-assisted production, editing, adaptation and related advertising services described in the agreed scope. Deliverables and review rounds are confirmed before work begins.
03
Timelines, formats, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria are defined in the proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised schedule and additional fees.
04
You confirm that you have the right to provide all logos, product images, music, footage, claims and other materials supplied to NOVA. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of product claims.
05
Fees, deposits, milestones, taxes and payment dates are set out in the proposal. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started unless otherwise agreed.
06
Once all fees are paid, ownership or licence rights in final approved deliverables are transferred as stated in the proposal. NOVA retains its pre-existing tools, workflows, prompts, systems and general know-how.
07
Unless confidentiality terms say otherwise, NOVA may display completed public work in its portfolio, awards submissions and promotional materials after the client has launched it.
08
Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the project. Confidentiality does not apply to information already public or independently developed.
09
NOVA will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Creative and performance outcomes depend on many factors, so specific campaign results, platform approval or revenue cannot be guaranteed.
10
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. NOVA’s total liability related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
11
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable period. The client must pay for work completed and committed costs up to the termination date.
12
The governing law and courts are identified in the project agreement. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@nova.film.
TEMPLATE NOTE
Adapt these terms to your services, jurisdiction, payment structure and intellectual-property model before publishing. Ask a qualified professional to review the final version.
